Training Report: February 19-25
56 miles this past week with a little sharpening to get ready for my first race of the year on March 10. On Monday I did an 8 mile progression run @ 6:36 pace, covering the first 4 miles in 27:28 and the second 4 in 25:22. Wednesday, I did 8 x 800 with :45 second rest breaks in 2:55 and felt great and reasonably relaxed. A good sign. The other key workout was a 16 miler on Saturday. Everything else was just easy distance running.
