Training Report: January 30 - February 11

I've been getting lazy with this Blog because truth be told, I don't like writing very much anymore. Any way, the past two weeks have been pretty brutal with a lot of sub zero temperatures with the wind chill. Nevertheless, I managed 54 miles two weeks ago and 56 this past week. I decided to open my racing season on March 10 with a 5 miler so my coach Josh has given me 4 interval workouts to do over the next 4 weeks to try to get race sharp. Other than that, I'll just be keeping the mileage up at 55-60 a week and bump it down a bit the week of the race.
