Ryan Hall -- American Record!

(Photo: Victah Sailer) Ryan Hall shattered the American record for the half marathon with a phenomenal time of 59:43 at the Aramco Houston Half Marathon in Houston, Texas. His time yesterday is one of the ten best ever for the distance and is arguably the greatest long distance performance in American distance running history. Hall plans to make his debut at the marathon later this year and is suddenly a threat to take down US records for the 5K, 10K and marathon.
