Weekly Training Report: January 8-14

Another really good week. 60 miles on 7 runs in 7 days. Highlights were a 14 miler on Saturday and a 10 miler with 4 x 5:00 @ 10K-15K effort on Tuesday. Everything else was just steady distance work. Feeling really strong keeping the mileage at around 60, but it takes some sacrifice. Seems like I'm tired and sore all the time except when I'm actually running. Looking forward to some breakout racing performances this Spring. The weather has been pretty mild thus far this winter. Nothing worse than mid-30's thus far, but that's bound to change before March rolls around.
