Weekly Training Report: Jan. 1-7
First week of 2007. I ran 61 miles in singles with the key runs being a 14 mile long run today, a 10 miler with 5 x 3:00 on Tuesday and a 10 mile progression on a super hilly course on Friday. The goal is to try to keep it at 60 miles a week through the winter before I sharpen up for some spring races where I hope to lower my masters PRs at 5K, 8K/5 miles, and 10K. I'll probably also try to find a 10 mile race to jump into as well.
