Back to Basics

Currently I'm enjoying an easy/recovery week, where I'm running every other day and catching up on my sleep since I have the week off of work. Next week though I'll be starting up base training in earnest! I just created an account on, where you will be able to follow my daily training if you're bored enough to do so!
